Individual Meditation Instruction
If you are new to meditation and practice or just need some guidance to refresh or renew your practice mentoring might be a good fit for you. I offer meditation mentoring to those who are serious about developing a daily practice and gaining a deeper understanding of the Buddha's teachings. There is no rule to how mentoring works, some need a few short conversations to help put oneself on a clear track and others need more.
