December Hour long Meditation at Dix Park Chapel with Teacher Cary Brief

Join Sit Raleigh Meditation teacher Cary Brief for an hour of sitting and walking meditation in the beautiful Dix Park Interfaith Chapel. We begin with a 20 minute guided meditation followed by a ten minute walking practice. We conclude with a second guided meditation practice. This is suitable for brand new meditators as well as seasoned practitioners.
